"Monument Valley  Magic"  is reminiscent of those magical times
when the "Ancient Ones" lived in cliff dwellings and danced on the mesas.
Many  legends and myths have been passed down through the centuries
inspiring us to search for more information and dream of what might have transpired in those past times.

As Kokopelli makes a special appearance on this uniquely shaped piece of slate stone,
one can almost hear the magical notes of  Kokopelli's golden flute pouring forth inspiring love songs to the beautiful KokoMana.

  "Mesa Magic"
fills the air as KokoMana dances, holding the "Spirit Feathers",  bathed in the light of the full moon.

"Echoes of the Past" and ancient visions of Kokopelli and KokoMana emerge from this piece of
multicolored slate stone which was formed in the pre-Cambrian formation of the Purcell Mountains approximately 1,500 million years ago.

One senses the power of the legendary Kokopelli's flute, as the sounds of his magical notes echo off the canyon walls from the dimmed distant past into our present.

The following two pieces:
"Spirit Feather Dancing To the Sun God (Ra)"

 and
"Spirit Feather Dancing To the Moon God"
Are a true pair created from  one piece of slate stone which I split into two

These pieces are an excellent example of  how one piece of slate stone may vary in color and composition.
